What is PreVeteran’s Veteran Workforce Training?

It’s a structured, neuroscience-based training program designed to help veterans succeed in the private sector by teaching them how to operate in a completely new environment. We help bridge the gap between military experience and private sector performance—so your veteran hires can contribute with confidence, clarity, and speed.

Why is this training necessary if we already onboard new employees?

Most onboarding programs focus on tools, policies, and technical skills. But veterans face a deeper challenge: understanding how private sector environments work. Our training addresses this blind spot by helping veterans reorient their mindset and decision-making so they can align faster with your company culture, structure, and expectations.

What specific challenges does this solve?

Is this only for SkillBridge interns?
