Applicable fees, payment requirements, refund terms, and program-specific conditions will be provided during registration, purchase, or through a separate agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All PreVeteran websites, training materials, educational content, frameworks, methodologies, videos, presentations, graphics, trademarks, and other proprietary materials are owned by PreVeteran Group LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Participants receive a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access and use authorized materials for their own educational purposes.

Unless expressly authorized in writing, users may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from PreVeteran materials.

Participation in a PreVeteran program does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.

Participants agree to use PreVeteran services lawfully and respectfully and not interfere with other participants or the operation of our programs.

Participants retain ownership of their original personal contributions, responses, and feedback.

By submitting content through our services, participants authorize PreVeteran to use that content as reasonably necessary to deliver and administer the relevant program.

We may use general feedback to improve our services. We will obtain appropriate permission before publicly identifying participants in testimonials or promotional materials.

Individuals who opt in to the PreVeteran SMS Program may receive recurring messages about training activities, course reminders, live sessions, program updates, and related opportunities.

Consent to receive promotional SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or participation.

Mobile carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
