At any moment, up to 20% of your unit is thinking about their transition…
They’re told that:
But Under the Surface, They Feel…
And when that mental load grows, two things happen:
-
Mission Focus Suffers
-
Family Strain Increases
This training reduces mental distraction by helping service members gain clarity about their future. When they feel equipped and confident, they stay focused on the mission through their final day. The result: stronger unit cohesion, fewer disengaged personnel, and better morale.
It’s a full-day, in-person training conducted at your installation or another convenient location. We coordinate closely with your unit’s schedule to minimize disruption to ops tempo.
The workshop is designed for any enlisted or officer personnel within 24 months of separation or retirement, though it's effective for members earlier in the planning process as well. Many commanders use it as a pre-TAP primer or unit-level readiness enhancer.
Not at all. TAP focuses on resume writing and job search mechanics. Our training addresses the core environmental and cognitive shift that TAP doesn’t touch—helping your members actually understand the private sector and how to operate in it. Think of it as upstream, mission-oriented preparation.
Service members gain access to our private Alumni Community, where they receive: Ongoing training modules, veteran mentors, industry exploration tools, and peer support and accountability. This ensures continued growth and engagement without additional burden on your team.
Workshops are typically funded through unit discretionary budgets.
Yes. Our program has been field-tested by hundreds of transitioning service members. Many report faster, higher-paying job offers, stronger mental health during transition, and a significant reduction in family stress. One participant estimated a $50,000 increase in their starting salary as a result of this training.
