What Makes This Training Different from TAP?

TAP is the program of record and must cover every item under the sun. If you haven't attended a TAP class, ask a friend who has. They'll tell you the week-long event covers such a wide swath of information, it's exhausting to be attentive throughout the entire event.

PreVeteran is different from TAP in two distinct ways.

First, PreVeteran is not a informational program like TAP. It's a transformational skills-based program that provides you powerful models, teaches you individual tools, then supports you in using those items to self-author your post-military career.

Second, unlike TAP which does everything in a weeklong block, we'll have a long-term connection with you through our PreVeteran Alumni Community, which allow us to deliver additional skills-based training in different domains, over a much longer period of time, so each critical component of your military transition can be optimized.

Why do you charge money when other programs are free?

We're looking for military service members who want to thrive in their post-military lives. Becoming a high-performer doesn't just happen, it takes the right system and effort. We provide the training, models, tools, support and environment to carry you from where you are now to successful post-military employment and more.

You exercising our models and tools, and using our support within our environment is what guarantees your success.

Free programs tend to be 11-14 weeks and don't follow you through employment and beyond. If you have a lot of free time and think these programs will set you up for success, we recommend you go for it.

If, however, you want to be a high-performer and aren't sure whether or not those programs will ultimately be effective, consider us.

What is the Weekly Time Commitment for the 5-Week Course?

Students report that they spend only 1-3 hours / week accomplishing the course. This is possible because of how we structure the our Military-to-Corporate Transition System. This 5-Week virtual course is the entryway into the broader system, so in this first 5-weeks we provide you the context and tools for how to bridge the gap between the military and private sector environments.

Since the time commitment is short but transformational, this course can fit into the busiest of schedules.

What Happens After the 5-Week Course?

You're paying a one-time fee to enter our Military-to-Corporate Transformation System and while we focus a significant amount of energy on preparing you for post-military employment, we do much more.

Once you complete our 5-Week Employment Prep Course (EPC), you'll gain access to our PreVeteran Alumni Community which includes ongoing skills-based training, mentors, and community of like-minded people who want to see you succeed.
