Jason retired from the USAF in 2014 following a 20+ year career. Throughout his time on the planet, Jason has continually bucked “conventional wisdom” and has always questioned the effectiveness of existing systems. Military transition is no different. After doing years of research on military transition and applying his own independent thinking, he’s created a completely new approach, with new models, to prepare you and your family for military transition.

After 10 years as a Naval Aviator, it was time to transition to post military life. Completing TAP and following recommended “networking” advice, attending conferences and interacting with recruiters, it became obvious something was missing and needed to change. After taking the PreVeteran Employment Prep Course (EPC) the focus and path forward finally became clear and landed Aaron his first job, in a new industry- with a higher negotiated salary. Aaron became more passionate about the broken old Transition 1.0 model and is now onboard full time to help change outcomes for transitioning veterans with PreVeteran’s transformational Transition 2.0 model.

Adrianna, Jason’s other half and mother of two teenagers, was an Air Force military spouse for over 11 years. She accompanied Jason through the second half of his career and helped grow PreVeteran from concept to the business it is today. Adrianna knows that military transition is a family affair and has a passion for helping military members and their families achieve optimal health and happiness. Her area of expertise is helping transitioning military members and their families identify and overcome chronic stress resulting from their military service and in the lead up to their military transition, creating a smoother, more successful and healthier military transition.

Shawnda was an active duty Marine Corps spouse for nearly a decade. She knows the highs and lows that come with being a military family. After going through the TAP transition model with her husband, she knew there had to be a better way forward for military families. Shawnda’s area of expertise is educating people on how products from companies can improve their lives. Her goal is to give back to the military community in a meaningful way so that others may live their best post-military life.
