The Clock is Ticking...
The closer you get to your military transition, the more your stress increases because you have too much to do in too little time.
Making matters worse, because TAP is only a week-long program, you end up creating your own Do-It-Yourself (DIY) approach.
Distressed Relationships
Unnecessary Job Hopping
Chronically Lower Wages
HERE’S WHY THIS IS HAPPENING…
The root cause is the Military Transition 1.0 Model, which does not set you up for post-military success.
Most transition-related activity takes place in the last 12 months of service. This is problematic because the service member’s workload triples, as seen in the graphic below.
Military service members will prioritize the 1X and 2X activities and put off the more complicated and unfamiliar 3X activities, and as a result, flow into SkillBridge internships and higher ed institutions in a sub-optimal manner.
The bottom line is that this Military Transition 1.0 model does not work for the military member, employer, or higher ed institution.
OUR PREVETERAN MILITARY TRANSITION 2.0 SYSTEM CREATES A WIN-WIN SITUATION
After two years of successful outcomes stemming from our two flagship courses, we’ve continued to evolve and now have a Military Transition 2.0 System that provides in-house, full-scale transition support to military members and military spouses.
Within our growing private PreVeteran Alumni Community, we’re able to provide additional training and support so each individual is supported for their own, unique military transition.
